AI Operations Tooling

Toast MCP Server. A production MCP server that gives AI assistants authenticated access to the Toast restaurant platform. 11 read tools and 3 gated write tools covering menus, orders, configuration, and health checks. Deployed on Azure, open source on GitHub.

Toast Teams Bot. A Microsoft Teams bot that lets restaurant teams query Toast data using natural language directly in their team channels. Live and deployed in production. GitHub.

MarginEdge MCP Server. MCP server for the MarginEdge back office platform. 13 read tools covering invoices, vendors, products, and food cost categories. GitHub.

MarginEdge Teams Bot. Teams bot for querying invoice data, vendor information, and food costs through natural language. GitHub.

Platforms and Tools

McKenzie OS. This site. A custom desktop operating system built from scratch with Next.js, React, and TypeScript. Includes a window manager, dock, Spotlight search, terminal, and over 20 interactive apps. Source.

Remote Pulse. An operational dashboard for restaurant performance. Python, PostgreSQL, and Streamlit. Ingests data from Toast, transforms it into analytics views, and surfaces insights across sales, labor, and item performance.

Cosmos Collector. A headless Playwright script that downloads all assets from cosmos.so boards, including images and Mux video URLs. GitHub.
